Laurel Herman is a spiritual chef, retreat facilitator, author of the Inner Kitchen and The Blissed Out Chef. A lifelong love affair of over 45 years with food, and a quest for its connection to the human spirit along with her own personal work, has led her toward creating the musical energetic process, Devotional Cooking. Music is the vehicle that Laurel uses to create her alchemy in the kitchen and her writing.
Teaching how to tap into energies such as compassion, humor, and our own powerful sexual energy, Laurel takes us to the very womb of the home, the kitchen. Laurel completed her culinary education at Thames Valley University, London UK and coaching at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, is a Reiki and, Science of Mind Practitioner, and incorporates shamanic practice to her work.
